Subject: Class-Wise Cadets’ Arrival  

 

I hope this official note will find you hale and hearty; amidst profound blessings of Allah Almighty.

 

Perusal to fresh release on the status of COVID-19 Pandemic, through nationwide broadcasted dated May 19th, 2021; National Ministry of Education has taken decision on phased resumption of academic activities in schools and colleges with effect from May 24th, 2021. Therefore, CCS has planned to commence class-wise return/ arrival of our Cadets to campus accordingly under a phased programme.

Arrival dates for our Cadets with due compliance to joining instructions/ SOPs, are given as under: –

10TH & 2ND Year (SSC/HSSC-II) 31 May, 2021 Monday
Promoted Class 8th 07 June, 2021 Monday
New Intake / Class 8th 10 June, 2021 Thursday
9th & 1st Year (SSC/HSSC-I) Will be called in later –

NOTE: We regret causing inconvenience to our honourable parents!

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. With perusal to Government notification regarding Pandemic COVID-19, you are also informed to ensure you must carry sanitizer & wear mask upon arrival.
  2. Reporting and attendance for cadets is mandatory beyond any excuses, urgencies and truancies. In case of unavailability on due date, strict disciplinary action will be taken.
  3. Mid-way stops for picking will not be entertained and will have to arranged through personal transport to reach campus on due date.
  4. Each cadet will undergo COVID-19 preventive measures at the main gate.
  5. Share this information with your other colleagues/cadets also.
